Why Choose Boutique or Enlighten Whitening?

Boutique Whitening is a premium at-home whitening system using high-concentration gels with custom-made trays, typically worn overnight for 10–14 days. Enlighten Whitening is a two-part system combining at-home use with in-practice finishing, includes enamel-remineralising phase, and offers guaranteed long-lasting results.

How does tooth whitening work?

Whitening gels containing hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide penetrate the enamel and safely break down deep-set stains through oxidation, revealing a whiter, brighter shade of tooth underneath.

Will whitening damage my teeth?

No, when done correctly. Whitening treatments do not weaken or erode the enamel. Some mild sensitivity is normal but usually subsides within a few days. We use high-quality, pH-balanced gels and provide aftercare to strengthen your enamel.

Is tooth whitening painful?

The majority of patients experience only minor sensitivity, often triggered by hot or cold foods and drinks, but this is temporary. We help reduce discomfort by using gentle yet effective whitening formulas and providing desensitising products.

Adam qualified in 2020 as a Dental Therapist and Hygienist, from Kings College Hospital.

Having been sent referrals from general practices, Adam was able to treat some of the most complex cases and extremely anxious patients whilst at Kings hospital.

His expertise has earned him recognition from colleagues, leading to a nomination in the Private Dentistry Awards. He has been acknowledged for his outstanding care of nervous patients, becoming a finalist in two separate categories: Best Dental Hygienist and Best Care for Nervous Patients.

Adam has increased his knowledge and skillset to include anti-wrinkle injections and is always keen to expand his expertise where possible.
Adam is keen on DIY, helping to renovate his home and enjoys long walks in the country with his wife and family dog Ripley.
