Patient Cancellations
If your scheduled appointment no longer works for you, we’re here to help. Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll happily reschedule it for a more convenient time. If you’ve made a pre-payment for your appointment and need to cancel or miss it, please note that while a cancellation fee won’t apply, the pre-payment will be forfeited. You can view our fees here.
Hygiene & Specialist Deposits
To secure an appointment with our hygienists or specialists, we kindly request a deposit of 50% of the treatment cost upon booking. This deposit is essential for confirming your appointment. Please keep in mind that this deposit is nonrefundable if the appointment is missed or canceled without giving us at least 48 hours’ notice. We appreciate your understanding, as missed appointments mean lost clinical time for our practice and prevent other patients from receiving care.
Membership Plan Patients
For our membership plan patients, if you need to cancel on short notice or fail to attend your appointment without providing 48 hours’ notice, the appointment will be considered lost and cannot be rebooked. For future appointments, you will need to pay the full cost at the time of booking.
Our Fair Policy
We strive to keep our fees competitive while delivering exceptional care. We don’t include the costs of missed appointments in our fees because we believe it’s unfair to those who consistently attend their appointments.
Understanding
We know that life can get busy, and sometimes appointments are forgotten. However, missed dental appointments can be frustrating for everyone, as that time could have been used for other patients in need of care.
Appointment Confirmation
When you book an appointment with our team, you will receive a text message or an appointment card detailing your appointment(s).
Dental Appointment Reminders
To help you remember your appointments, we offer a complimentary SMS and email reminder service. We aim to send you reminders one week before and again the day before your appointment. Please ensure we have your up-to-date mobile number and email address. While we make every effort to send these reminders, please note that this service is a courtesy and may not always be guaranteed.
Practice Cancellations
We will only cancel or delay your appointment in unavoidable circumstances. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as we can to explain the reason and offer you the earliest available appointment. If you’re unable to accept the new time during our call, don’t worry—we will prioritize your next appointment when you reach out to us later.
Thank you for understanding our policies. We look forward to providing you with the best dental care possible!
